Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Usage

You must follow all policies made available to you within the services. Do not misuse our services. For example, do not interfere with our services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

2. User Account

To use our services, you must create a user account on our platform. You can create your own account, or an account can be assigned to you by an administrator. To protect your account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that occurs on or through your account.

3. Modifications and Termination of Our Services

We constantly modify and improve our services. We may add or remove features or characteristics, and we may suspend or completely stop a service. You can stop using our services within the notice period stipulated in the terms of sale.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and diligence and we hope you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things we do not promise about our services.

5. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European GDPR. Your data is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak.

6. Service Availability (SLA 99.9%)

We commit to maintaining a service availability of 99.9% on an annual basis (SLA - Service Level Agreement). Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48h in advance and is not counted in the SLA calculation. In case of SLA non-compliance, you can request a proportional credit on your subscription.

SLA exclusions: failures due to your equipment, network problems beyond our control, DDoS attacks, force majeure.

7. Subscription Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific limits:

Starter :200 products, 10 locations (Inventory mode) or 50 containers (Event mode), 1 active project, 5 users maximum.
Professional :1,000 products, 50 locations or 100 containers, 5 active projects, 15 users maximum, ZPL features.
Enterprise :Unlimited products, unlimited locations/containers, unlimited projects, unlimited users, all premium features.

If you exceed your plan limits, you must upgrade to a higher plan or delete data. We will notify you by email at 80% and 100% of limits.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

7-day trial period: You can cancel at any time during the free trial period without charge. Billing starts automatically after 7 days.

Monthly subscription: You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refund for unused days.

Annual subscription: Pro-rata refund possible only within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refund but you keep access until the end of the paid year.

Data retention: After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted. You can request a complete export (JSON/CSV) before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the last twelve months. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential or special damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by substantive Swiss law, excluding conflict of law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction is Vevey, Switzerland, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.

11. Force Majeure

We cannot be held liable for any delay or non-performance of our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government acts or infrastructure failures.
