We collect all data that you provide in the application, except for passwords which are encrypted and inaccessible.

Account Information:Username, email address and profile information (passwords are encrypted and inaccessible).

Inventory Data:All data related to your equipment, clients, locations, invoices, documents and any other information entered in the application.

Data Usage

Your personal data is exclusively used for the following purposes:

Service Provision:Enable access to your account, synchronize your inventory data and ensure proper application functionality.

Customer Support:Answer your questions and resolve technical issues you may encounter.

ark.stock uses essential cookies only for the proper functioning of the service:

Authentication Cookies:JWT token to securely maintain your logged-in session.

Preference Cookies:Local storage of your interface preferences (dark/light theme, language).

We use Google Analytics only for anonymized usage statistics (pages visited, session duration). No personally identifiable data is transmitted. We do NOT use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking (Facebook Pixel, etc.).

To ensure the service, we use the following subprocessors, all GDPR compliant:

Infomaniak (Switzerland) - Server hosting

Data stored in Switzerland

Stripe (USA/Ireland) - Payment processing

PCI-DSS certified, GDPR compliant

Google Analytics (USA) - Anonymized usage statistics
